Returns/Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns or exchanges of items purchased on Trubooty.com if they are requested within 14 days of the date your order was placed.

What items are returnable?

  • Clothing/item must be in original condition.
  • Full priced items (excluding Sale Items).
  • Clothing, unwashed and unworn.
  • In the original packaging with tags attached.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

You (the customer) are responsible for the return shipping cost of any items you wish to return. We will only pay the cost of shipping if the item is faulty or if an incorrect item has been sent.

EXCHANGE

If for any reason, you change your mind and no longer want a full price item/s purchased from Trubooty.com, please return it to us within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit equal to the value paid for the item/s. Sale items (excluding items advertised or included in Final Sale items online) can be returned for either an exchange or store credit valid for 6 months.

ALL Final and Clearance Sale items are non-exchangeable & non-refundable so please choose carefully.

FAULTY ITEMS

Any faults that occur after 3 months will not be accepted or eligible for return/s.

You will be issued store credit for the full amount of the unwanted faulty item if you do not want a replacement item sent.

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  • Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return/exchange 
  • Once the return is confirmed our address will be provided.
  • Send items back to us 
  • You should always use trackable shipping methods, and communicate the tracking number to us once available. (Note: We are not responsible for lost packages if you choose not to use tracked return shipping.)
  • Please note that the customer is liable for the return postage costs of items that were ordered incorrectly or for change of mind/exhanges.
  • Upon us receiving the returned/exchanged item(s), we will process your return excluding any shipping costs, and you will be liable for shipping cost of the replacement to be sent out. Alternatively, once received, we can provide a refund for the item(s) only (excluding all shipping costs).
