NZ SHIPPING:

  • NZ STANDARD TRACKED: $8.00 (1 - 3 Working days)
  • NZ RURAL TRACKED: $12.00 (1 - 5 Working days)

 

All parcels are Track and Trace delivery charged at a flat rate as listed above.

New Zealand Orders will take up to 1 – 5 working days to be processed and delivered.

Shipping on orders over $180 is free and auto selects at checkout.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING:

  • AU STANDARD TRACKED: 3 - 10 days

Australia Orders will take up to 3 – 12 working days to be processed and delivered.

CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTY & TAXES

  • All prices specified online do not include any customs clearance fees. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s customs charges and levies prior to placing an order with us.
  • Please note that we/Trubooty are not liable for customs clearances fees that are required by your country, we are also not responsible for the delay in delivery caused by customs.
  • Please monitor your shipment with the tracking number provided to avoid any delays, Trubooty is not responsible if you are not notified by your country’s postal authority.
  • To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to make them as dutiable “Merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “Gift”, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
  • For Australia customers if your order is over the value of AUD$1000 you are subject to the payment of:
    • customs duty, and
    • taxes and other charges, including an import processing charge.

If you reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a return fee of $30 deducted from you store credit to cover the return costs of shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Once your order has been picked up & left Trubooty, it is then in the hands of the NZ or INTL Couriers. We have no control on the whereabouts once it has left our hands.
