WHAT IS A PRE-SALE PRODUCT?

Pre-orders offer our customers the chance to secure stock before it arrives. The estimated delivery date for your pre-order will be on the product page.

To purchase a pre-order product, simply purchase as you normally would for any product that is in stock.
When your pre-ordered product arrives, you will receive a notification telling you that your item has been shipped and will provide the tracking number.

Please be aware of the approximate delivery dates in the product page.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you have second thoughts about your online order and wish to cancel it, please email info@trubooty.com. We cannot make changes to your order once it has been placed. if your order has been released for processing we cannot guarantee we can cancel the order. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders take up to 1 – 3 working days to be processed, please allow a further 1-3 working days for shipping. You will also be sent tracking details to check the status of where your parcel is.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE A SHIPPING OR CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Please email info@trubooty.com as soon as possible with your order number and we will resend you a confirmation email.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?

Please email info@trubooty.com with your order number and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you along with a return bag and sending instructions to return the incorrect item back to us.

I RECEIVED MY ORDER, BUT SOMETHING WAS MISSING?

Please email info@trubooty.com with your order number and we will arrange for the missing item to be sent out to you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM DOESNT FIT?

Please refer to our sizing guide as this is a true reference our garments do stretch however the fit is entirely up to you. We will only offer refunds or store credit if the garment is faulty/defective and is still in New condition (refer to refund schedule.)

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL GOES MISSING?

Once item/s have been sent Trubooty.com does not take responsibility for parcel/s lost or incorrectly signed for, however we will do our best to contact our courier provider to check the status of any lost parcel/s. 

Please note: A refund or store credit will not be given if the order is shown as delivered.
